When you apply for jobs or submit your profile on our website, we collect: 

• Name, email, phone number, LinkedIn profile 

• Resume and work experience 

• Work authorization status and expected pay rate

• Match you with job opportunities 

• Contact you about positions and interviews 

• Process placements and employment arrangements

DATA SHARING

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your information with: 

• Hiring companies and prime vendors when you apply for their positions 

• Service providers (hosting, email delivery) who are contractually bound to protect your data 

• Microsoft SharePoint for secure resume storage 

• Law enforcement if required by law 

  

MOBILE INFORMATION & TEXT MESSAGING 

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties  

We use your phone number and SMS only for: 

• Job opportunity notifications 

• Interview scheduling 

• Placement updates and status 

• Direct communication about your application 

  You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying "STOP" or contacting us at info@futuricatech.com 

  

DATA RETENTION  

We keep your personal information as long as we have a reason to — here's what that means:

While you're actively applying or we're in contact with you: 

  • We keep your profile, resume, and application information so we can contact you about job opportunities 

  • This helps us match you with positions that fit your skills and experience 

 

After you're placed with a client: 

  • If we place you on our W2 payroll, we keep employment records for compliance with legal and tax requirements 

  • We securely archive this information according to applicable laws 

 

Even if you don't get a specific job: 

  • We may keep your profile in our talent pool so we can reach out about future opportunities that might be a better fit 

  • We'll eventually archive your information when there's no active business need 

 

When we stop using your information: 

  • If you're no longer interested in opportunities, we delete or anonymize (remove your name/contact info) your data 

  • Information we can't immediately delete gets securely archived and isolated — we won't use it for anything until it's permanently removed 

 

You can request deletion anytime: 

  • Want us to stop keeping your information? Email info@futuricatech.com and we'll delete, anonymize, or archive your data promptly 

 

YOUR RIGHTS 

You may request to: 

• View your personal data 

• Correct inaccurate information 

• Delete your profile and resume 

• Opt out of communications

SECURITY 

We use encryption and secure servers to protect your information. Your resume is stored in Microsoft SharePoint with restricted access. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

CALIFORNIA & EU USERS 

California residents have rights to access, delete, and opt-out of data sales (which we do not do). EU users have rights under GDPR including data access, correction, and deletion. 

  

To exercise these rights, email info@futuricatech.com with "CCPA Request" or "GDPR Request" in the subject line. 

  

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY 

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date.
